Is anybody here able to provide a link to the actual document that proves out this 2/20/28 date claim? When you look up and read the documents online you see that the amended DOE orders 3393-A and 4028-B are amendments to the original orders, 3393 and 4028, from dockets 13-29-LNG and 13-47-LNG. The amendments are to clarify and correct the physical location of the Delfin LNG project ONLY with all other stipulations remaining unchanged from dockets 13-29-LNG and 13-47-LNG. What didn't change is that Delfin LNG has seven years from the original decision date to produce LNG, which would be 6/08/24, not 2/20/28. At least that's all I'm able to find and prove. I'm having some in depth DD discussions with some friends who used to trade energy in Houston and they believe Delfin will have to let their non-FTA authorization expire on 6/08/24 and then reapply.
