The CEO did say in the OTC news article dated October 12, 2023, that it'll take roughly 3 days until they'll regain current status since their Qs were uploaded on October 11, 2023. I have been told and seen it take up to 5 days since OTC Markets Group has been really slow.

Dilution, form where, how? It was a straight preferred A and B stock deal. Look at the uploaded agreement in the October 11, 2023 Change of Controls Disclosure. You need to learn how to do proper due diligence.
