Good point New,

I think item 33 is a known asset, what is unknown is the (see the column) Petition/Unscheduled Values, the same logics applies to other assets in exhibit A : known assets with unknown (to us and for now...) Petition/Unscheduled Values, once you look at all of them together the reasonable doubt you suggest disappears, just my opinion though
