I could be wrong, but my guess is IGEN begins to move lower immediately after the RS takes effect.

Just can’t see what will make it appreciate or even hold the post-split price.

Chan is nothing if not predictable, and my guess is he cashes in on the 327 million now bidding at .0001, leaving IGEN at “no bid”.

This would leave the post split ask price at .001, from where it likely falls to mid-low trips once again for a rinse/repeat.

Chan is out now imho, just no announcement. No evidence to contradict this, I am afraid.
