True, there isn't a brokerage house anywhere that will take HPNN certificates. They are as worthless as toilet paper.

Michaels knows they're worthless up front. He counts on delay after delays of people trying to deposit them, knowing they will be rejected. Then he has dozens of excuses of how he's "working on it and will make it right". Nothing could be further from the truth.

And the "investors" NEVER get their money back....NEVER. It's spent and never to be seen again. And a lawsuit will only result in a judgement that will NEVER be paid!
