That’s after they get kicked off the OTC I believe. Right now they just need to file the delinquent 10Q stay off the EM. Otherwise they will have to do what you said to get back off the EM after bringing their files current.

They clearly aren’t going to file and this is going EM soon. It’s either a plan to kill it or a creative way to squeeze some value from the shares…

All shareholders can do at this point is buy tickets for the ride, hold on, or jump off with whatever they can scrape off the floor at this point.
