I think we are speculating too much.

1- during spinoff existing shareholders will get something, what ? we don’t know.

2- underwriters may get something with Accreditors investors if they come with a new structure or something else, which we don’t know yet.

3- retail shareholders in pinky-land rarely invest in a new issue as IPO.

4- they have a plan we don’t know what it is yet, but definitely they have been coming with the news within like two weeks I would expect more in a few months a few weeks.
