Well, uh, yeah, that is pretty much the case
These third tier NASDAQ companies, irrespective of business or industry sector, are perennial money losing operations
They have no credit in the traditional way one understands credit worthiness
Since they spend more money than they take in in order to balance the books they make deals with loan sharks (in so many words)
Who satisfy the terms of the deal by selling shares issued to them until the loan is paid down (plus 50% interest)
