he has destroyed our hopes and dreams since 2014 with his judgments --- most recently by not allowing an actual relevant damage model to proceed to trial.

practically going out of his way to make it difficult for us to win the jury --- but the government's bs had no leg to stand on and what is weird is how they awarded their damages.

that said, go commons go ( i think their run has run out of steam, but hoping for a resurgance next week or following week)
