They are a terrorist faction that has taken over the governance of a country much in the way that, say, Idi Amin did or the way the Taliban is now doing. I wouldn't argue with you if you put Bibi in that category, too. Hamas hasn't allowed elections since about 2007 and doesn't represent the will of the people. To me, they seem as happy causing death of Palestinians who disagree with them as they do of Israelis.
