BDPT will obviously want to sell as high as possible once they release shares. 250ml at .001 is $250k and $750k @ .003
I wonder if they'll PR something truly worthy as they sell. It would be a good strategy. Right? Afterall, they did this earlier than December, so maybe they've got something big to announce. It would be the smart thing to do. Otherwise, .001 might be the pps people will buy.
