BDPT will still be around in 2024, it’s not like the company is going bankrupt. Adapt to the new reality, another reg A earlier than thought. Why? Maybe they want to push forward with enough funding to start steering the ship into better waters ASAP. I’m not worried, but I’m also not in the red so that helps.
