So, what’s really going on here??
The Ask was staying pegged 250,000 at 14 while trades flow through steadily at 14 – more than 10 million already.

I’ll attempt to explain…Someone is dumping tens of millions of shares. The handler of those trades is using an automated tool to maintain the ask at 250,000 and every time it gets slapped it auto reloads another 250,000 shares to sell. By doing this potential buyer’s look at the ask size and think well dam I better buy it now before it goes up and they slap the ask at 14 to buy it. It’s not illegal. Heck I would do it to if I had 100 million shares I wanted to sell right now without slapping the bid all the way down to tripps.

It’s deceptive as hell because all those trades at 14 go through as green buys when they are actually someone selling / dumping.

Looks like the handlers new favorite number has changed from 250,000 to 744,888 to make us think it’s more than one trader on the ask at 14.
