Thank you very much for this post as it basically sums up exactly what I was thinking!!!!!

Not sure how an offering from the company turned into a full-blown attack on others!!!!!!

Everybody is responsible for their own trades.

I guess I shouldn't be surprised by the negativity around here. I thought this one was different from most IHUB boards but when the sharks smell water, they come out to feast. First of all, as many have stated, this is the OTC. The stock is here for a reason. Most on this exchange have little to no initial revenue so they are going to have to raise funds to keep afloat. That's how it works. There are 3 ways a company can do this. Reg A offerings. A debt note. Exchanging funds for discounted shares and warrants. I've been a part of a several angel investing opportunities and have participated in all of the above three at one point or another.

I still don't understand the toxicity of many around here when things hit the fan. It's part of the game though and some people just like being a$$holes and dunk on investors who are involved in a particular stock. The bottom line is, do you believe in the company or not? Do you think it's worth holding on to see how the spin off is structured or not? Do you think they can monetize the patents or not?

The stock will do today what the stock will do. It's relatively low float, so if you all panic, it's going to go down obviously. At some point it will stabilize (it may not even go down that much) and regular order will return. If you have some dry powder, this could be a opportunity to acquire more shares should you so desire. For me, I've seen a ton of Reg A offerings and it's not the end of the world, particularly if they articulate their way forward and what they're going to do with the funds to add value. Selling into a falling knife, for me, is never the answer though. GL all.
