Companies have to file with the OTCM to remain current and actively traded. That's literally the entire point of the conversation. It's like you don't understand that a company doesn't have to be SEC reporting in order to be under the jurisdiction and control of the SEC. Then like a total moron you start sending me dark/defunct companies that haven't filed and are not tradeable. I seriously hope you don't drive a car around other people.
