And that’s a Sunday so It may not be posted until Monday the 16th. We may or may not find out a lot when they file it. The problem is they are only responsible to report on items and information as of period ending June 30th, 2023. So, anything that has happened between June 30th and today – they are not responsible to report. Things like the disputed status on this board of the building that is or is not up for sale etc. Unless they put that building up for sale prior to June 30th, The real problem here is WHY has it been late filings every single time since 9/28/2022????? Maybe we will get blessed and they will file a timely quarterly report for period ending 9/30/2023 which could/should clear everything up and reveal the true and more importantly up to date and CURRENT INFORMATION about the company. But at this point I’m guessing NOT. Late Filing, Late Filing, Late Filing, why always late? Must be smokin that bud.

I’m checking FINRA’s daily list every morning looking for ERBB to pop up for a R/S. I bet there will be something in the annual about that.
