Technically, that is a financial crime for anyone to scoop up someone elses coins. In order to do so, it may be considered a) Identity theft and b) theft or fraud. And at the current price, that would be a federal financial crime.

Plusone wallets and faucet work on Ihub. Apparently they corrected or updated some things, but removed all the sponsor faucets. Perhaps because someone could or was creating accounts and sucking them dry and then selling them.
