Company/Business revenue/income = Signs the CEO's paycheck

Which one would you care about and focus on?

People forget that the share structure is nothing more than one line of credit amongst many lines of credit available to a company. If I were a CEO I wouldnt care about the shareholders or share structure either, especially if I have revenue coming in and private banks/investors. My focus would be on the things that put money in my pocket. Its just the business truth
