To break this down....UTOS once upon a time was tied into sataion 44 for compression. It (UTOS) now has an end of the line from offshore within the stations fence..It no longer is tied to Williams compressors, which are being utilized by another LNG facility. This EOL point is where Devon will tie in to supply feedgas. The UTOS, per my conversation with a Williams employee has nitrogen on it......this tells me IMHO... the UTOS has been swept with a pig/ pigs and is holding pressure...This also indicates that some where 50 miles offshore is a facility capable of supplying the launch and nitrogen input. hmmm....ALL OF THIS WITH MY OPINION ONLY
