No it does not, Real Businesses do not run out on their creditors. Maybe where you live you are used to that but not here. They don't up and move without giving notice. Dont say one thing " Were doing a share buyback" and then do another, "Sorry we are not paying our bills, but we are enjoying the PROFITS"
