Doing more research and found 4 lawsuits involving Hiru and AZ Custom Bottled Water. Details can be found on Unicourt but here is what is out there:

1. Seamless Capital vs AZ Custom Bottled Water (Defendant) - Case# 137076-2023 filed 9/18/23 in NY (Ontario County Courts) - $63,789.46 claim for non-payment
2. Speedy Funding vs AZ Custom Bottled Water (Defendant) - Case# E180817/2023 filed 8/24/23 in NY (Niagara County Courts) - $191,256.00 claim for non-payment
3. America First Credit Union vs AZ Custom Bottled Water (Defendant) - Case# CV2023012300 filed 8/15/23 in AZ (Maricopa County) - undisclosed amount for non-payment
4. AZ Custom Bottled Water vs Joel Natario (Defendant) - Case #CV2022014274 filed 10/27/22 in AZ (Maricopa County) - $214,334.56 default judgement entered against Joel Natario in favor of AZ Custom Bottled Water. It appears Joel is a manager or employee of either Hiru or AZ Custom Bottled Water.

Would love to get some understanding from management about the validity and status of the claims.

Well it seems the reason she wont tell us how many lines there are is because speaking with the new owner of the company taking over, the previous and original owner of Denman of California had leases on some of the equipment and part of the so called sale to AZ Water included taking over the lease payments of said equipment. WELL it seems, by what I am understanding and being told is that little miss perfect CEO stoped paying the lease payments all while claiming to us that she was buying back shares. Now there is a line of creditors seeking payment. This does not happen in one month folks , for a leasing company to come to your place of business seeking payment takes a few months. IF this is true and gets substantiated she might of gotten out with 2 lines that were older and paid for by the previous owner or lines she moved in from her big SPQS purchase.

LOOK , all I want here is for Miss Attitude Kathryn to fill us in on the dynamics of the company. I am tired of her promises and next week answers.
