That’s the rub Jay, you can’t participate in buying shares on the EM. US brokers only allow liquidation of shares, as up and away says…game over for shareholders if they let it go that route.

They only need to file one damn 10Q to reset the clock…or they let the shares go into the dumpster of the EM.

I think that’s what they want…
