Xynergy Corp & Intervest Group Sign Definitive Merger Agreement
BEVERLY HILLS, Calif., Nov 11, 2003 (BUSINESS WIRE) --
Xynergy Corp. (OTCBB:XYNY) announced today the signing of a definitive merger agreement with Intervest Group, Ltd. Xynergy's Third Quarter 10QSB will include more detailed information regarding the terms of the merger, including Intervest's audited financials in its section entitled, "Part II. Other Information, Item 5," which will be filed this week.
