Very fair assessment

if this continues apace, share price will surely fall below $.0020 in the near future. Would guess this will likely happen before the end of October.

By material I mean such things as a finalized purchase of the AL property, or some actual sales of GEP panels, or some actual solar installations.

As far as material news I am expecting it around or before November 15th.

It is my understanding that the property was expected to close near the last 10Q. This is based by the timing of the expiration of the contract.

But an issued developed with the property not with SNPW that caused a delay of the sale resulting in the contract to reach its expiration date..

This opinion is based on an e-mail I sent to the company requesting a public disclosure on what was the reason for the contact expiring.

The answer I got back was that there was an issue with the property that is currently being worked on to be rectified, which can not be disclosed due to a NDA with the seller.

This and the fact that the seller has not relisted the property indicates a seller issue not a SNPW issue.

Becaue the issue was with the seller and not SNPW and SNPW was ready to close , this indicated to me that the backing to purchase the location has been secured..

Due to a tweet I am assuming it to be an environmental clean up issue

but it could be anything, such as it has leans on the title that need to be clean up.

The other material event is recording SPP Store sales from the third quarter.

No sales SNPW stock goes lower, sales over $500,000 the position starts its reversal.up ward.
