Someone picked up a lot of shares during the last few trading days almost for free. Shares that accumulated on the ask during the quiet period when the insiders stopped buying. I expect that when the shares on the ask are gone and we have no volume for a few days we will get the atty letter and ticker change and be off to the races. Investors are controlling the timing with their willingness to come out of the woodwork and dump their shares.
