I think they may have to do a share reduction of some sort before they could even apply for any kind of reverse split since FINRA denied them last time. If they were to do so that would then set them up perfectly for NASDAQ and being able to not just meet the bare requirements of $4 a share but having it set at a much higher. PPS than that. Either way, a reverse split won’t be for a very long time relatively speaking, and in this case would not be a bad thing at all. I think a share reduction. of some sort will come much sooner than later though and whenever this expected filing finally drops, we will probably have a better idea about that.
