I would say this post is 100% representative of this board's attitude toward investing in the decade plus that I have been following it. You buy when you see a price/potential mismatch and you keep buying with this one strategy in mind come hell or high water. Here's the problem with that - if you're paying attention, I'm sure you're noticing this sentiment isn't making much money, and yet you get the sense they're sleeping well regardless behind the the notion that " I've made a shrewd buy and over time it will work out".

I could careless about sentiment... I buy on valuation compared to intrinsic value and I sell shares when the share price approaches my intrinsic value estimate. I also trade around my holdings which has resulted in having a zero basis in my RVNC shares.

It's old school and it's just not how successful market players work/think today

LOL. Who are these "successful market players" today? Please be specific.

As rates continue to rise, XBI will continue to be crushed.

I could careless about the XBI, I only care about my holdings. Markets have hardly been "crushed" with rates moving from 0% to 5+%. If rates continue to move higher, valuations should come down further, however, that's even more of a reason to focus on valuations when buying and only buying when valuations are attractive.

You always go with momentum, never against it. The tide will surely change here, and when it does I will be along plenty early enough for the ride up, should there indeed be one to be had. In in meantime. I'll hang out and grab my cash premium

Weren't you the guy that bought RVNC in the $20's / high teens thinking CD approval was gong to result in a pop and now you're stuck in your position? Just think had you waited and bought based on valuation in the $10-11's.

PS - bullies like you always prey on the weak. Perhaps you chose wrong this time

SMH. Time for you to give up your barstool to someone who isn't as well hydrated.
