It has to be considered "material" to Intel for them to file an 8K. For the past year Intel has not even mentioned this lawsuit in the quarterly filings as they did not ever view it as material to the corporation. There were always 2 or 3 legal actions mentioned, but not this one. I have posted that in the past I have never seen Intel file an 8K for anything less than around $300M, but I may be wrong about that amount.

OTOH, almost any amount is material to HDVY but since they are on the expert market and already delinquent in required filings it should not be surprising they have failed to file an 8K for this. However, since they did file an 8K regarding the passing of the CEO, it seems they do have the capacity to do that if needed. Only time will tell what the actual result was.
