To answer your question(s), take it up with your brokerage. You'll have luck with the Canada ones. Prove yourself that you are an asset to their business and you'll have better luck. Need to be grandfathered in or show exceptional performance and they can end it at any time. Nothing is guaranteed. It is not worth the risk.

Why would you want to buy STHC anyways? It can stay Expert Market forever and even worse, lose its TA. Then it won't trade and be deleted by FINRA forever.

I'm only gambling that a custodian takes it, given that it's actively trading on EM. That is rare and shows potential.

Somebody needs to apply for OTCIQ Access and file for it. Easy to pump it up. Hard to imagine anyone will do it.

I had the ask at .0082 pulled it. Hopeful here but nothing is guaranteed.
