In the good old days he'd threaten a lawsuit for "defamation". The problem is you cannot win a suit of this type when it's ALL TRUE and can be easily backed with historic court documents.

Even then, the dumb MFer doesn't have a pot to piss in, and there isn't an attorney around who will take his case. It's documented he's fuck'd over most of his attorneys and never paid them.
