It could be a long-term play like Apple was, when nobody wanted it for a long time. Regional hospital systems can scale to billions of dollars in annual revenue and if the CEO just gets the company to the point where he can acquire profitable hospitals, then the rate at which the company grows can scale quickly.

The longer odds for a short-term run, and not impossible IMO, is if naked shorts don't want to risk seeing how big the company can grow in the next several years, deciding to take their beating now before it gets far worse. Then they could decide to cover at anytime. That's why I'm not waiting any longer before I accumulate shares.

Based on the recent quarters, most of the news we should see going forward should be about a slow and steady reduction of debt, and a steady increase in revenue and net income. That's pretty remarkable progress for an OTC company.
