You have a number of negatives going on. They pushed financials from Feb 28 to March 15. They have not provided any further clarification of AERO financials or the possible share structure post merger. They still haven't cleared up the financing. There was suppose to be a CC after the 14A and that hasn't happened.

Last and not least there are many other runners going on and people are taking the loss, moving to other plays. PLYCF and SEWC to name two that are rocking. Just can't leave money sitting here moving sideways or slowly down with the other action out there.
