With the PTAB rejecting tMobile's IPR review requests (now 36/36 PTAB wins - unheard of!), NO WAY AlBright rules in favor of tmobile's motion to invalidate the MG patents based on the flimsy prior art of hotspot@home. AND! That is tmobile's SOLE prior art argument in the case. When tmobile loses that decision, it's game over, curtains for them and Verizon too.

And, because clueless KOH ruled that MG and RBR are separate patents, any ruling on the RBR patents will have no effect on these MG cases. IMO

How could you not want to get in on another run to .10 (AT LEAST)!? Because it's coming!
