Hello Lakota-45, and thank you for sharing the post from iHub.

I can assure you that person did not work for Decentral Life.

As a quick reference, shareholders can review our 2022 10-K annual report (https://www.otcmarkets.com/filing/html?id=16508352&guid=0u5-kqBheIzKJth) to see that Decentral Life did not have employees, on page F-4 of our audited financials for the year (see line item: Compensation Expenses = $0.00)

Whomever this imposter is, they are just that. Someone lying about being an employee of Decentral Life, and certainly they are lying about having any knowledge of the internal workings (or technology) of Decentral Life, not to mention access to myself.

With that said, their description of working for the "company" at the end of 2022 could qualify them as interns that had been working for one of the TBI companies, rather than for Decentral Life. After following up with TBI company executives this morning, both HuntPost and LikeRE had temporary interns working for them on website graphics during the last quarter of 2022. Therefore, we have engaged our law firm to contact both interns and find out if this person posting on iHub, was in fact one of them. If it turns out to be the case, they have been instructed to move forward with all legal means necessary to have the posts removed and a statement made by them of their false statements. I can further assure you that an intern (or non-management employee) at any of the TBI companies, would have such limited access and knowledge of how that company (and their proprietary technology) works, that the post made on iHub yesterday would be misinformation anyway.

I will keep you posted as to the legal team's efforts, so that you can keep others on the iHub message board updated.
