Nothing here surprises anyone who has followed and invested in some of Miro's other OTC stocks. The same as always in my opinion, promise everything in PR's and deliver nothing. The Company purchased the water bottling plant in Roseville, California pursuant to an agreement for both cash and equity ("New Bottling Plant"). The value of the New Bottling Plant is approximately $7M USD. The New Bottling Plant has the following material benefits to the Company:

Some of us tried to warn this board by actually doing some research but the board ridiculed us for even mentioning negative thoughts. Kathryn is still learning form her dear friend who handed her HIRU. You cant believe her, cant trust her. The call for audited financials was also beaten down as not necessary. NOW DO YOU UNDERSTAND WHY YOU NEED THEM. She just went from a supposed $30 to $40 million business to a 2 bit hustler with maybe $25mill in sales but no profit, except for all those shares she helped flip for you know who.
I also think we are only seeing the start of the lawsuit's as most of these are recent and dated over the last 3-4 months as she planned her escape from Roseville.

By the way , i think the reason her PR is written so well is she is in panic mode and wants to continue this game of water sales and needed a professional looking PR to gain back some of the fish on to the hook. All this is just my opinion of course.
