I would guess he had a large table waiting of new millionaires at Keene's or Peter Luger's . Niocorp slunked home to Colorado while Dean and his mates were laughing about how stupid anyone was to give away so much for nothing.

Send the tab to Niocorp headquarters. They will pay it as they are clueless about anything to do with money. Give yourself a generous money tip as well.
My best tip though would be to sell anything we get into or are going to merge with before the deal happens. It is a shame the saps on the IHUB board had to take the lead of AO,Prudent,and Putz the chart man. Bad mistake.
