It's a strategy win, you dolt. !!
Of course an IPR win doesn't determine infringement.

But it does affect how the game is played.
An IPR LOSS would certainly not be good... it would mean delays mostly at this point, but delays ARE their strategy.
They don't WANT a trial where infringement is actually determined, nor the potential for triple damages for willful infringement.
An IPR WIN, however, means that our adversaries have fewer and fewer escape hatches and ways to delay.

Back doors are closing, and may even finally be CLOSED.
Takes time for the strategy to play out, but it sure looks good to me!!
