I've explained it to you many times already, but you choose to ignore my explanation.
Winning IPR battles closes the back door for these infringers to escape from.
They'll be FORCED to deal with a trial... and one that is run by a fair judge who won't let them delay over and over again. (unlike NDCA)

With each back door closed, they'll be more and more likely to lean toward a settlement, rather than pay the billions and billions which they rightfully owe.
(IMHO)

Maybe you can explain to me........what does positive IPR challenge outcomes have to do with winning or losing an infringement trial?
