CNBC the market police force has their usual scheduled interviews,to do and enforce their usual pump moments, at low points of the day in the market,to try and create pump bounce as usual, like Dan Niles, who is over all been bearish, but they bring him on so he can say that he and his firm has closed a good amount of their short positions,and have gone long on certain sectors, they put him on to try and create the bounce pump, for the past 30+ years it was some what of a Wall Street insider joke, that whenever Dan came on TV and said what he was doing, everybody else would do the absolute opposite,and usual worked out to be the right decision.
