Does anyone do their own research? Just go to a search for real estate site, type in the address of the plant. Pay a small fee and get the owners of the building and land name. Ill give you a hint its not Denman, nor Hiru nor AZ Custom Water, It is still the original owner out of Pennsylvania. Value of the building and property it sits on is $13 million up .5 Mill from last year this time. NOT the contents or business inside the building just the real estate. To top it off we still do not know if Hiru actually owned Denman or if it was a lease to operate with Denman's Equipment.
