That is the whole company. That means all the other stuff that Coeus does has those employees working on that stuff listed on their website. Not to mention, they don't have one game on that larger holding companies brag list.

In addition, a holding company is just that .... they hold interest in other companies. So what? OK, the larger company holds interest in some baby game development studio. It is the output of that studio that I am more interested in, as you should be.
