Not sure about my theory but they paid $7 million so is that just the Denman name etc. and four lines, a blow molder and 72 head filler equipment which may be plausible or is it including the building which seems low but I have no clue really. The sq footage in the pr says 133k and the filings have 155k and the floor plan that the Cushman & Wakefield for lease info showed the total building around 280k if I remember.
You’d think somebody that talks to the ceo regularly could clear this up easily. Huh.

LOI on west coast acquisition has been approved and now we are going to contracts. Best news for the company 130,000 plus Sq FT multiple lines and SQF certification in place to help ship from both locations to the majors. More news to come. $HIRU
