Not only is L-R-D=G a shell corp and phony ATM for a few, it hasn't filed a 10K since 2019.
Why it's even still listed as a registered SEC stock is bizarre. Last basic filing was 2020 8K, which are nothing but advertising biscardi bullshit like the last 10 years. He and his girlfriend still control this shell in the background. The so-called present officers may not even be real people.

And no update on the Bigfoot litigation. Bigfoot's last announcement said it's still positive for his side.
