As for former BioAmber, the management arm of this corporation is gone. No head office, no offices left in Montreal
So, who's restructuring it?
Who's signing off on the deal?
When will I get my proxy?
I can answer that with 100% certainty, "never happening".
There is no one home. They got kicked out of the house.
NDA's can not hide material events.
There is no legal movement of shares, that's been legally put to rest.
I guess you could always go back to Quebec and petition the judge that oversaw the case, try to open it up.
My guess, you'd be responsible for all related costs & future costs..
I'm sure the creditors might have a problem with it, I mean, they're still owed money. Quite a large line of people owed money before shareholders.
