The KBLB board is for discussing the company and the Douchebag CEO. It isn't for discussing other members.

The Scumbag CEO has been been giving himself a 6% guaranteed pay increase EVERY YEAR for years and years, even when times are bad (like during COVID or recession), and even when the company has no revenue (which is basically every year for the past 14+ years).

The Douchebag CEO has also been giving himself a 20% bonus EVERY YEAR for years and years, even though he has basically done nothing but enrich himself, while most shareholders that have invested within the past 5 years have lost money.

He doesn't deserve a bonus or a pay increase. He has FAILED at every significant company milestone event over the last decade+. And he definitely shouldn't be giving himself $1/2 MILLION in salary and another $1/2 MILLION in perks every year for doing nothing but post forward-looking statements that almost never come true.
