The thing is: you can watch the trades and not know for sure, if what is shown as a sell, is really a sell. But I think his main point is valid; people or groups with a lot of shares can manipulate the price; can scare other share holders into thinking that there is a "sell off".....drive the price down.....pick up more shares at a lower cost.
I don't know if it is the case here, but I have been in many penny stocks; wherein I buy shares and they are shown in the sell collumn.
I wish the OTC wasn't so manipulated but it is and you can only play the game as best you can.
