Doesn't mean anything. A lot of money is now bagholders. The ones that made money saw the writing on the wall with the upcoming SEC rule, and pumped it hard until that point. They all made it sound like it was going to be amazing for OTC when they knew the opposite. I think it's done for pinks in the OTC. The upper tiers in the OTC may have a chance but everyone needs to focus on those and that's not happening.
