I look at what the shares are and why there issued:

These to me all look as if they were issued to new employees for the take over of the company from prior management. We don't need to worry about this dilution now. For one I don't think they can do anything for like a couple years or something and two as a alternative reporting company I don't know if an employee can actually sell shares. So if there's dilution from this it will be years away from now.

If I had to guess it would all be fixed soon or in the coming months because this issued an outstanding looks horrible.
