I disagree. I’m sure it happens, but the real fact is that most OTC stocks are just crap. Money grabs for insiders. Profitable some of the time for traders who realize market caps when pumped are not supported by intrinsic value. The naked short argument is something said just to be able to self-satisfy and blame losses on something besides poor DD. My opinion. These stocks are bets and nothing more. Not “investments” by definition.

I feel good about STHC having great potential to be one of the rare departures to this theme, but obviously risk is always significant in penny stocks.
