.....(UBS going directly to the city of Baltimore is a great sign......certainly, the city will agree to accept anything, imo.........BUT UBS knows this will infuriate the plaintiff, US, and we ain't dropping the suit, regardless of what UBS pays to BRIBE THE CITY OF BALTIMORE - - - outrageous behavior, imo, is legally contemptuous, imo and is digging a bigger hole for UBS......now the size of the grand canyon, imo)........................
